AAA's product managers, developers and QA team should all be fired for this...

I've been shopping around for car insurance. AAA uses these nice little fields that automatically populate with options based on information you've already entered. Unfortunately, it doesn't work in Chrome.

Annoyed, I had to start the process over again in Firefox. I figured it had to work in Firefox, right? WRONG.

Way to go, AAA. A company whose online quote forms don't work for 70% of America's internet users. That's a winning strategy!

MOST ANNOYING CAPTCHA EVAR!!!!

Folks, captchas are getting out of control. They're going beyond just using random letters you have to type to submit a form. Now they're actually requiring brain power to really decipher between humans and bots. Only problem is... somethimes they take a bit too much brain power. Case in point:

Oh, and yes. "Evar" spelled wrong intentionally. For dramatic effect.

Who was the genius who put the help icon right next to the scrollbar, envoking the bubble everytime you try to scroll down the page?
