OOPS!

Looks like somebody forgot to replace the default description from their new content management system. But hey, at least it's a step forward from their old site!

I've been shopping around for car insurance. AAA uses these nice little fields that automatically populate with options based on information you've already entered. Unfortunately, it doesn't work in Chrome.

Annoyed, I had to start the process over again in Firefox. I figured it had to work in Firefox, right? WRONG.

Way to go, AAA. A company whose online quote forms don't work for 70% of America's internet users. That's a winning strategy!
